Announcing Aerial Drone Photography and Videography
The journey started earlier this summer, as I started to explore expanding into acquiring a drone and becoming certified to fly it.
The pursuit is over. I have become an FAA Certified Commercial Drone Pilot (a requirement if you want to use a drone to create stock images or videos in the USA).
In addition, I have purchased a drone. In the coming days, there will be more information posted here on my blog about both the new drone and the process of becoming a commercial drone pilot. I am just beh=ginning to update my website and bios to acknowledge that I am now a commercial pilot.
I plan to be creating both Aerial Drone Photography and Videography, much of which will be available as stock. I will also be accepting assignments to produce videos and images with the drone. Over the next several weeks, I will be honing my drone flying skills, getting better as a drone pilot so I can produce stunning imagery.
There were many new things to learn and master, and I will continue in my attempt to get better at flying and using the drone camera.
